The Platinum Award goes to the OS Q overhead scanner series and the Zeutschel ScanStudio. The awards are given by librarians in the United States. |
Zeutschel's long-standing sales partner The Crowley Company accepted the awards and received two additional Platinum Awards for its digitization services and the self-developed MACH microfilm scanner series.

The Modern Library Awards were created to recognize the top products and services in the library market. Applications were submitted in the Fall of 2020. Only customers having experience with the products or services submitted were permitted to judge functionality, value and customer service.
